1.- Create a flow chart of the typical supply chain activities that would be associated with the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of a Dell Laptop Computer.
2.- Make the assumption that you have called Dell and placed an order for a new Laptop, which you have configured to your unique requirements.
3.- What happens, in what locations, in what sequence, and how long does it take in each of the critical steps before you finally receive your new laptop.
4.- List the reasons why Dell’s supply chain is so efficient.
5.- List the future potential supply chain issues that Dell might face that could act as a negative force and cause the efficiency of their supply chain to deteriorate.
