Develop a goal mapping strategy for a team you coach. Prepare a goal mapping strategy paper in which you address the following: How would you develop the goals? How would these goals influence athlete behavior? What specific steps would you take to implement your mapping strategy with the team? How will you justify this strategy to the team and/or assure ‘buy-in’ from the athletes? What evaluation techniques would you use to assess the goal mapping program, once it has been implemented?
