Discussion Question 1 – CLO 1, CLO 2, CLO 6
Research a current event that demonstrates a leader recognizing the contributions of his/her employees.. You can use the Internet, electronic news agencies, or journals to research a current event that should be fewer than three (3) years old. In your post, address the following:
- A summary of the event (at least one [1] paragraph).
- Describe how this leader recognized the contributions of his/her employees.
- A summary of how this could apply to your current work situation.
- The reference of the article in correct APA 7th edition format.
With regard to your experience:
- Explain what personal involvement in leadership means.
- Why is being personally involved as a leader important?
- What are some ways you can get personally involved to show that you care of your employees?
