Reply to this discussion post site sources if applicable…Evaluation of my education change project involves questionnaires before and after administration of the education pamphlet to those in the community that are currently needing education on postpartum frequently asked questions. The independent variable that need to be collected within this evaluation includes utilization of education pamphlet and administration of the education instructions. The education will be supplemental and a method that can enhance prior knowledge and reinforce answers to question that can be had during the postpartum period. The dependent variable that will be collected is retention and understanding of knowledge which can be difficult to collect. However, parents verbalizing understanding and decrease number of calls to the clinic will be the method of evaluation of the independent variable. These variables are collected to determine how the education pamphlet influences the community and what retention and knowledge comes from this education. Evaluation of this is important to see if the project has been effective for the community and clinic.
