Speak with a businessperson in a company with international operations (or use personal experience if you have worked in this environment). Find out about the personal interactions involved in working with the organization’s counterparts abroad. In particular, ask questions about the nature and level of authority and decision making in overseas units compared with headquarters. What kinds of conflicts are experienced? What changes would your interviewees (or you) recommend? Describe your results and share 1 or 2 specific points about what you have learned. This assignment should be approximately 500 to 750 words and follow APA standards.
